Everything in one place

✈️ Aircraft Maintenance & Airworthiness

  • Smart due-date calculators: track intervals by tach or Hobbs time (50-hour, 100-hour), calendar months (annual, altimeter/static, transponder), or hybrid thresholds such as an oil change every 50 hours or 4 months, whichever comes first.
  • Grounding protection: required and discretionary tasks are flagged separately, and overdue mandatory inspections mark the aircraft as grounded (14 CFR 91.409, 91.411, 91.413, 91.207).
  • Preloaded regulatory library: templates for FAA required inspections (AV1ATE), recurring ADs, and service bulletins for Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beechcraft, Mooney, Diamond, Van’s RV, and more.
  • Maintenance log history: record A&P/IA certificate numbers, costs, parts replaced, and return-to-service notes.

🛠️ Squawk & Discrepancy Management

  • Digital discrepancy sheet: log squawks right on the ramp or post-flight.
  • Status workflow: organize items as Open, In Progress, and Addressed.
  • Resolution notes: record corrective actions and sign-offs, with quick search and history.
  • Undo: instantly reopen or restore a squawk you closed or deleted by accident.

🪪 FAA Pilot Currency & Endorsements

  • Day passenger currency: 3 takeoffs and landings in 90 days, with full-stop tailwheel support (14 CFR 61.57(a)).
  • Night passenger currency: 3 night full-stop landings in 90 days (14 CFR 61.57(b)).
  • Instrument currency: 6 approaches, holding, and intercepting/tracking within 6 calendar months, including the grace period and IPC tracking (14 CFR 61.57(c)&(d)).
  • Flight review: 24-calendar-month validity (14 CFR 61.56).
  • Medicals & BasicMed: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class validity (under 40 and 40+), plus BasicMed’s 48-month exam and 24-month course.

📝 Quick Flight & Regulatory Logging

  • Fast cockpit entry: tap to count day and night landings, night takeoffs, instrument approaches, and holds.
  • Milestones: log flight reviews, IPCs, checkrides, and medical exams with examiner names and certificate numbers.
  • Optional logbook hours: PIC, SIC, solo, cross-country, night, actual and simulated instrument, and dual.

🔒 Offline First & Multi-Device Sync

  • Works offline: no internet or account needed. Tach hours, inspection dates, and squawks are available at remote airfields and in flight.
  • Cloud sync & backup (Premium): sign in with Apple or Google and keep your iPad in the cockpit and your phone in your pocket in sync, with reminders pushed to your devices.
  • Multi-aircraft hangar (Premium): manage one plane or your entire club or partnership fleet from a single account.
  • Your data, portable: full JSON backup and CSV export.

Why AeroKeep?

AeroKeep is built by pilots for aircraft owners and operators. It replaces the spreadsheet, the whiteboard in the hangar, and the mental math before every flight, so you spend less time calculating inspection dates and more time flying with confidence.

AeroKeep is a record-keeping aid. It does not replace your official maintenance records, your logbook, or the judgment of your A&P/IA. See our Terms & Conditions.
